A 3 to 18 month series. Designed to support the leadership development of high potential corporate employees. Once a coaching contract for specific services is agreed to with an approved corporate decision maker; the coach, client and client’s manager will meet to set expectations for the coaching series. The coaching series itself is strictly confidential.
The Corporate Leadership Coaching Series will be customized based on an assessment of corporate needs and requirements. Affiliate coaches will be assigned when necessary based on criteria to be established with the corporation.
