A typical coaching series is 3 to 9 months. We will meet with you and/or your employees over an agreed upon period at least once a week for an hour by phone or in person.

Your Initial consultation where inspiring goals will be developed is well worth the time, and only the cost of a single session with no further obligation. Most of our coaching is done on the phone, but face-to-face sessions are available (check with us for details). Clients are free to call us when necessary between their appointments for support and advice on specific issues. In addition, clients have unlimited access to their coach through e-mail. We also offer generous group rates to companies who have multiple executives who want to be coached.
